Sea Creatures LLC, a Washington limited liability company, (“Sea Creatures,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and makes efforts to ensure the safekeeping of any information you submit to us. We may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe the change or deletion would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Notice to California Customers.

Subject to the limitations under California Civil Code § 1798.83, if you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you may ask us to provide you with a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. You may also request the identity of certain third parties that received your personal information from us for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. We are not responsible for failure or circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we may have in place to protect your Personal Information.

RETENTION.

Sea Creatures will store your collected Personal Information, in accordance with our legal obligations, for as long as necessary for the purpose the information was collected or for any additional purposes you request of us and for our legitimate business uses.

Children Under the Age of 13.

The Websites is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Websites, the Services, or provide any information to Sea Creatures through the Websites. If we learn that Personal Information of a child under the age of 13 is collected without verifying parental consent, we will delete that information from our systems.
